In order to ensure our ongoing access to top quality instructors, it’s necessary for us to have a dependable class reservation policy. This policy covers most of our courses; however, some courses have a custom policy due to the nature of the course. Please see the individual registration page for any custom terms – otherwise this will apply.
- Cancellations made 5 or more work days in advance are refundable or transferable to any future course.
- Cancellations received less than 5 work days in advance, but prior to class, are transferable to future courses as well, but not refundable because at that point we have already committed instructor resources.
- Since we make resource decisions based on RSVP numbers, no-shows are not refundable or transferable to another course unfortunately. However, we always welcome you sending another person in your place if your plans change last minute.
