The DiSC assessment is a ‘personality’ style tool used in order to determine certain characteristics of an individual’s personality, communication styles, and interaction preferences. We purchase credits for the DiSC assessments through an authorized Wiley provider.
DiSC can give you important insights into how an individual may interact within your company, including with other team members and their supervisor, but it should not be used as a sole or primary indicator as to whether or not to hire an individual. However, it can be an invaluable tool when used to improve communications and interactions within your team.
