When times are challenging at work, and things are changing rapidly, it’s important to know when to read the proverbial ‘writing on the wall.’ For those not familiar with the term, it means to be aware of how things are changing, and to be realistic with yourself about the potential consequences.
In this mini-episode, I talk about some of the signs that things may be going well for you at work, and some of the signs that you may not have a good long-term future at work. I hope this episode is beneficial for you. Please feel free to reach out to us if we can be of assistance in any way.
